Comments:

I've never had anything higher than a tier 1 wolf man, so I'm not sure how good he is at higher tiers. His overall health and attack damage seem fairly lackluster though. Being able to summon three of them isn't going to do much good if they die right away. His screw attack is nice since it can hit multiple targets, but only ground enemies. Overall, there are better options, but use if you've got nothing else.

Comments:
|
Very high attack stat on this beast. However, his health is really low for a melee ground unit, especially one you can only summon one of, so he usually dies very quickly. Try to get the most of his power before he dies. The knock-back on two of his attacks could be useful, as could his stun attack. And his tier 4 looks beast.

I'd put this guy on your team as soon as you get him in world 1. He's very strong early-game, especially since he's ranged. High attack stat. Hits multiple ground enemies from a distance with Frost Nova, while his snowball can target air enemies. Gets outclassed later but useful for quite a while.

Comments:

I never got a high-tier Jeff, so I never tried him. He seems like he could be a pretty powerful melee unit since you can summon two of them, but they probably die quickly. Also, his tier 3 gets two abilities capable of hitting multiple foes, but all of his abilities only affect ground. I'm not sure how good the bleed on his bite is. I like the "demon lord of cats" vibe his tier 4 version gives off.

(Ground) Sowing Seeds: Attack by launching seeds from a distance. Hits up to 15 targets.
Very long-range attacker. His damage is also quite high. Pretty easily killed without a front line though. His attack is great for nuking multiple enemies from far away, but there's a pretty long delay between shots. Useless against air. If you absolutely need to damage lots of grouped-up ground units, though, he's great. I think he should gain an extra ability or two in his later tiers though, considering how menacing his tier 4 looks.

(Ground) Leg Hack: Attacks one target at melee range.
(Ground) Surprise Attack: Ranged attack. Appear behind enemy and strike. Hits the farthest ground unit. Only two attacks. Doesn't hit multiple enemies. Average attack stat. You'd think this guy wouldn't be that great, but he's actually incredibly useful. His surprise attack is wonderful for getting around tanks to assassinate long-range attackers in the back, and it helps him avoid taking damage as well. For whatever reason these guys seem to survive a long time as long as you have a tank. Their health is pretty high. Unless you use real money and get some of the rarer wooparoo out there, squid man here can carry you to the later worlds. A personal favorite.

(Ground) Throw Apple: Throws an apple. Wow.
(Ground) Throw Stuff: Throws a bomb. He rides some sort of hamster thing, which is pretty cute. I haven't tried him out, but since he's ranged, he can probably stay out of harm's way. He still stands pretty close to the front lines though, from what I've seen, so some aoe abilities might still hit him. Also, he only has two single-target abilities that only hit ground enemies. He gets a sweet crown at tier 4 though, so that counts for something.
Edit: Changed his name. Realized it wasn't a hamster, but a capybara. So his name isn't Kapimon, but Capymon (capybara-monkey). Haha, I so smart... |

(Air) Surface-to-Air Missile: Launches a powerful magic attack into the air. Hits up to 4 targets.
(Ground) Surface-to-Surface Missile: Launches magic attack in front of them on one target. Almost named him Skoll (but that's a wolf creature) or Skor (but that's a Hershey's bar). Just went with the obvious. Anyways, decent ranged ground unit, primarily due to the fact that it has an attack that can target aerial units. Not only that, but the attack hits multiple enemies, so if you're up against a group of aerial wooparoo that you can't ignore, having this guy on your team could be beneficial. There are stronger ground units out there that can hit air (Baba), but Scorpio is easily acquired early on, and if you have nothing else, he isn't bad to rely on.

Comments:

Like Jacquard, he is a ground melee unit you can summon three of, and only hits other ground units. With each tier he gets progressively more powerful attacks (and arms) and looks more and more bad-ass to boot. His stats are a little better than Jacquard's, which makes sense given his higher star number. His tier 4 attack seems like it could be powerful. I'd use him if I had his 3rd or 4th tier form.
Update: Yeah, his tier 3 and 4 is strong. I've been beaten by a few teams who had this guy and my front line gets wrecked. Probably due to the armor reduction from Helm Break. Him and Black are strong melee units. |

I have no idea what his name is supposed to be. Provo? Frobo? Frovo? Whatever, just call him Frog. He's considered a melee unit, but comes with some ranged abilities. However, he still gets close enough to get targeted by melee units. I don't see him used a lot, unless it's a tier 3 or 4. I got a tier 1 early on and used him to good effect for a while though.

I haven't used him, but he's a dinosaur, so I really should. This thunder lizard hits individual ground units. His stat growth isn't anything to rave about, particularly his low health, but maybe his abilities are good. I don't see him often in Vs. matches so I can't comment on his usefulness.

Comments:

Has decent health and great attack stat, which makes sense since you can only summon one of him. I'm not sure what benefit his magic attack has over his bite abilities (range I suppose), although the benefit of Shock is obvious since it can hit multiple targets. One site says his bite does bleeding damage, but the game doesn't mention it. Overall, a decent attacking unit against ground units.

Comments:

The first 6-9 star ground offense unit. Once again, I've never really tried her, but she is probably useful with a certain team or strategy, as she has the rare ability to root enemy units in place for a short time with her Weighted Webs ability. For that reason, her tier 3 or 4 forms are probably the most useful, as I've never found slowing to be all that beneficial.

(Ground) Bite: Wow, another bite attack. Single target attack.
(Ground) Summon Herd: Summons a bunch of hyenas to attack. Summons up to 3. Am I missing something here? This guy has only two attacks, and only his bite gets any stronger. His summon ability doesn't get any better, and the little hyenas die in like one aoe attack. I was pretty excited when I got him as my first 8-star wooparoo, but that excitement began to fade as I realized he just bites and summons forth his children only for them to die immediately. He does have really high health for a non-tank unit but his attack power is quite low.

Comments:
|
First and second tier look cute. Third and fourth's eyes make him look untrustworthy. Do not be deceived by how simple or harmless this wooparoo looks. He is ridiculously useful, and is used in almost every team in Vs. mode at higher ranks. The reason is that despite the fact that he is an offensive unit, his Sweet Cake can heal your allies, and it heals quite a bit. Having a couple of these guys healing your front line while also throwing out bombs that hit multiple targets is great. For that reason, though, you need to try and get at least a tier 2 or 3, since the tier 1 version doesn't have the Sweet Cake ability. Always keep one, or possibly 2 of these in your group if you get one.

Comments:

Very strong melee attack unit. Probably the strongest single ground melee unit actually. Has high health and insane damage, and his abilities are decent. If you want a tier 1 Black for free, stage 9 in world 7 has one. Unfortunately, that stage will beat you to a pulp if you're not ready, since you'll be up against a level 40 tier 4 Black, along with a tier 2 and 3, as well as five other tier 4 creatures to back them up. Oof. I've seen a lot of teams in Vs. mode use his tier 2-4 versions to good effect. His stun is probably useful. You should still have a tank for him despite his high health, since you'll want him alive as long as possible. Either way, really strong and highly recommended.

This guy is tall. He doesn't even fit on his profile screen at higher tiers. Like Seed Gun, he is a long-range ground-unit nuker. He has some decent health and attack power, and a lot of his abilities hit multiple targets. At first I didn't see much of this guy. However, recently I've seen some teams with a couple of these and a strong front line of tanks, and my ground units were getting wrecked before I could reach them. If you have a strong front line and you're against mostly close-range ground units, you can do some serious damage with a couple of these guys. Kind of bad against a team of Death Nines though, which is something you'll likely face at higher ranks.

This guy bothers me a bit with his whole hand thing. I don't like it. Anyways, I don't use him, but his sleep ability could be useful I suppose. His Slapping Smash, which is badly translated by the way, hits multiple targets, including air targets, so it sounds pretty useful. Overall, I don't know much about him, but I have seen him used by some teams. I know he's slow. Don't think he's that great.

Another ground attacker you can summon two of. Don't know what makes him special really. He has high attack power, but low health. Looks like his abilities just focus on raw damage, so if you need someone with a debuff or stun or something, look elsewhere.

The beast himself. Probably one of the most sought-after ground wooparoo along with Black, assuming you can get one. All his attacks hit ground and air. Aside from his final attack, his attacks only hit one target, but it doesn't really matter since his health is enormous, and his attack power is also high. And to top it off, he's ranged, so he can just sit behind his tanks without worrying about getting hit by melee units. He probably won't die unless your tanks die, so make sure your front line is strong. At higher levels in Vs. mode you can expect to see one or more of these in a team. Sometimes you'll see events where there is an increased chance to get these from your A / S card purchases.

At tier 1, he's just a standard melee ground unit. At later tiers he can hit ground and air. One thing though. If your goal is to just defeat the enemy's ground tanks and take out their base without bothering with the air units, then you might want to skip his tier 2 version. His Scary Will o' Wisp move doesn't do damage, so if there's an air unit blocking his way, he'll just stand their debuffing them instead of passing by. At least his tier 3 version will do damage to air, so if you want to use him, work towards that one.

Another melee unit that, because you can summon three of them, has relatively low health, so they need to be protected by tanks if possible. His abilities seem to revolve solely around doing damage quickly, so hopefully you have some tanks/healers to help keep him alive. Not sure how he compares to other similar units like Croc, but I see more Crocs used on teams than him, probably due to Croc's armor reduction ability. Still, I'm sure Ax has his uses if you can keep him alive.
